PVDF 70% Kynar 500 :
PVDF is the most durable of all paint finishes available on aluminum composite panel.
It is manufactured from fluorine carbon resin with 2-3 layers applied during production
and then baked at high temperatures.

Two layers :
Primer coat 10 μm thickness and 15~18μm of color coat(70%Kynar 500). Total 25~28μm.
Three layers :
Primer coat 10 μm thickness, 15~18μm of color coat(70%Kynar 500) and 7~10 μm of clear
coat. Total 32~38μm.
FEVE:
FEVE has superior durability, weather resistance, UV stability and chemical resistance
when compared to Polyester paint. There are 2 coats of paint applied during production
with polyurethane as the base and fluoropolymer on top for enhanced weather
performance. This high-quality finish is available with a gloss finish in a wide range of
colors offered from the Kynar palette.
Compared to PVDF, the colors are glossier and
are more vivid and come with a 10-year warranty (upon the actual color and project
location). The gloss ranges from 30% to as high as 70%.
